Ease of use
EtherWall was the first GUI Ethereum wallet, it's an open source project available for Windows, MacOS, and Linux. EtherWall is extremely easy to use and allows you to keep control of your private keys and to choose whether or not to run a full node. Make sure to always check the URL when following links to this wallet as hackers have stolen funds by stealing Private Keys using fake Etherwall URL's.
Etherwall is a centralized, high-level anonymity, easy to use desktop wallet supported on operating systems like Windows, Linux, and Mac OS and was the first GUI etherreum wallet with an extremely good user interface. It only supports Ethereum (ETH) and ERC-20 tokens. The private keys are completely controlled by the user and the user has an option whether or not to run a full node. It should be kept in mind that there have been previous successful hacks and hackers stole funds through fake Etherwall's URL's. It lacks features like Hierarchical Deterministic, Multi-Signature, and 2 Factor Authentication but is open source.

I would not use this wallet as there are risks of losing funds as there have been cases of users losing their funds earlier. If proper care is not taken and the links are followed carelessly then there are chances of losing the funds.
