Bitcoin Advocate and Influencer Criticizes Tokenpay-Litecoin Partnership
Tone Vays, who is a crypto community influencer, today raised a debate on the integrity of Tokenpay, calling to question its collaboration with Litecoin. According to Vays, Tokenpay lacks the reputation to be deemed a company that should collaborate with Litecoin.
In a tweet, Vays announced a disclaimer in which he said that, “The main purpose of this tweet storm to piss off every #Litecoin believer for what I hope is the final time,” and “Token Pay is a scam”.
Among his reasons for calling the company’s integrity to question is its claim of “Introducing the world’s most secure coin” which Vay called a “blatant lie”
He also pointed at the suspicion raised by the fact that the chief operating officer of Tokenpay is an anonymous entity called CryptoRekt, whom he said is the “author of Vergecurrency blackpaper”. Vays also said that CryptoRekt’s claim of being involved with digital currencies since 2009 is “100 percent bullshit”.
