Global Litecoin Summit
We are slowly approaching a big Litecoin-related event that will take place in San Francisco this September. The sale of Early Bird Tickets has just started, so people interested in learning more about Litecoin or its investors looking for development updates and future plans can already get a hold of them. It's worth noting that even though the event is hosted and organized by Litecoin Foundation, huge part of the work has been done by the community, Litecoin enthusiasts and volunteers.
The event is divided into two days. The first one will be the main ticket event featuring speakers such as Charlie Lee, who is the creator of Litecoin, but also Elizabeth Stark from Lightning Labs and Bill Barhydt from Abra.
The second day is planned and designed so that it is accessible to as many people as possible. The ticket prices for this day are much cheaper. There will be an open expo featuring many businesses that accept Litecoin as a form of payment for people to walk through and check out. There will be talks and lectures on topics like cryptocurrency and taxes, payment adoption in traditional environment or some insights into the lightning network.
