Good project, Humaniq is an attempt to give the 2 billion people on the planet without access to banking. Banking is especially important in developing countries, as it allows people to buy crucial items such as seeds, stoves, solar panels and even food. Currently, the reason why 2 billion people don’t have access to banking is due to a lack of a way to identify the candidates. Without proper identification, the system is prone to scams. Humaniq tries to solve this problem using blockchain (bitcoin) technology in combination with a biometric ID system.
The disadvantages Humaniq, there is one major kink in Humaniq’s plan — the technology required achieve accurate biometric ID using smartphones don’t exist yet. The current Humaniq app uses Photo ID which is vulnerable to hacks using photos of the account owner.
This is one of the projects the world needs.People in developing countries need to have access to a sort of banking system.Millions of people need this and if this project is transparent and honest it can make a big difference for them. They already had a good start and promotion so i wish them the best. The project can grow in the future and become large.
It's a pretty noble idea to bring access into banking world to people from developing countries. Access to the banking will surely play a huge role in breaking from the poverty and will grant them new possibilities. They aim to make it possible for these people to get their money directly so any corruption, thieves or ingenuine charities are eliminated.
However I don't seem to understand why would this project be the one to help other. I mean it's just an application, therefore these people could easily use one of already existing wallets and also join the cryptocurrency world and developed countries economics.
