Blockchain Secured Data Storage
Smart contract blockchain
Fluence is basically a decentralized database which allows storing, query, manage and monetize encrypted structured data, securing it with the power of blockchain technologies.Their primary goal is to become a go-to database for decentralized Internet applications. It may seem that Fluency is a similar project like Sia and Storj but the major difference between them and Fluence is that it is designed for structured data and not for files. Also, Fluence stands out from other traditional projects because of its fault tolerance and censorship resistance, privacy, low cost and flexible access management-It allows meeting compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, HITECH, PCI and other regulations.

When researching various ICO projects I have come upon numerous cloud storage platforms that want to use blockchain. So now the question is why would we use this one and not the others? Fluence doesn't exactly answer this question as they don't offer what others haven't already promised. It is all the same base, that you can share your storage space, you decide who can access it and how much of it, and get profit in this token. Nothing new or interesting.
I hope this works better than google cloud storage. Whenever google server is down you can't access your files. With this the files will always be accessable because there is no central server to store things. So it can not crash. The data will always be stored on de blockchain. This would also be cheaper to store TB's of data.
