CoinJob, as the name suggests, aims to make a blockchain based platform which is a low fee, distributed labor marketplace for computer-based work. Users can post tasks (task-givers) and the other users (workers)could accept that work and complete it, the XCJ is the ethereum based cryptocurrency for the payment mechanism between task-givers and workers. The team does not have members with adequate experience and neither they have a traceable history. So overall team evaluation is negative.

Providing a platform where task-givers and worker have benefits like low fee and comfort is according to me a really common idea. The team is also not reputable and lack the trust and it is possible that this could be just another scam. The website is not reachable so I would not invest in this ICO.
There are many popular sites for freelancers and people to create gigs to do for few dollars. Thanks to blockchain technology they will easily low any platform fees and are aiming to actually have the lowest from all other popular sites. A project like this requires a huge userbase so that people can easily create and perform jobs, however as it's blockchain based and hangs around cryptocurrencies I can easily see it being another successful small tasks for token site.
